🐝 Ordering & Delivery
1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver our Jersey Jacks across the island of Jersey. For special requests outside the island, buzz us a message — we might be able to help!
2. How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on your location, but we always keep it as sweet and low as possible. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout, for the moment island wide delivery is £1.00 only.
3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment each order requires a one day notice.
4. Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?
Yes, minimum two days ahead or select the date you need at checkout.
5. Do you ship outside Jersey?
Not yet — we want to keep them oven-fresh — but it’s something we’re exploring.
6. Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes! Add your message at checkout, and we’ll tuck it in with your order for a personal touch.
🍯 Products & Ingredients
7. What makes your flapjacks special?
They’re handmade with local honey and creamy Jersey butter, supporting our beekeepers and giving you a golden, gooey treat you won’t forget.
8. Are your flapjacks suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
All of our flapjacks are vegetarian-friendly. We do not currently offer vegan flapjacks.
9. Do your flapjacks contain nuts?
Some of our specials contain nuts, and all flapjacks are made in the same kitchen. We can’t guarantee they’re nut, egg or soy free.
10. Do you use any preservatives?
Never! Our flapjacks are fresh, natural, and free from artificial nasties.
11. Where does your honey come from?
Straight from Jersey’s own buzzing hives, courtesy of our trusted local beekeepers.
12. How big is each flapjack?
Generously portioned so every bite is a treat — enough to share… but we won’t judge if you don’t.
🌾 Allergens & Dietary Needs
13. Do you offer gluten-free flapjacks?
Yes all of our flapjacks are gluten-free but are made in a kitchen handling gluten.
14. Are your products dairy-free?
We use Jersey butter in all our flapjacks, so they’re not dairy-free.
15. How do you handle allergens in your bakery?
We bake in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens, so cross-contamination is possible.
🌾Storage & Freshness
16. How long will my flapjacks stay fresh?
They’ll keep for around a two to three weeks, and up to three weeks in an airtight container — but they rarely last that long!
17. How should I store my flapjacks?
Pop them in an airtight tin or tub at room temperature.
18. Can I freeze my flapjacks?
No, not suitable for freezing.
🎁 Custom & Bulk Orders
19. Do you do custom flavours?
Sometimes! Send us your flavour dreams, and we’ll see if we can whip something up.
20. Can I order flapjacks for events or corporate gifts?
Yes — we love a party! Weddings, office treats, birthdays — we’ll bake for any occasion.
21. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We do for larger orders — drop us a message to discuss your needs.

22. How do you support local beekeepers?
We source all our honey from local hives, helping Jersey’s bee population and the people who care for them.
23. Do you run seasonal specials?
Yes! We will release limited-edition flavours — keep an eye (and taste buds) out.
