Where do you deliver?
We deliver island-wide across Jersey & all of the UK
How much is delivery?
Jersey delivery is just £1.99 locally, UK postage is applied at checkout
How much notice do I need?
Please allow 2 days' notice for all orders locally, UK varies.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, simply select your preferred date at checkout.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely! Add a gift message at checkout and we'll include it with your order.

What makes Jersey Jacks special?
Handmade with Jersey honey, butter, eggs and soon local oats! Supporting local beekeepers with every batch.
Are Jersey Jacks vegetarian?
Yes! Our flapjacks are vegetarian. We don't currently offer vegan options.
Do they contain nuts?
Some flavours contain nuts. All products are made in a kitchen handling nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya, so we cannot guarantee they are free from traces.
Where does your honey come from?
Our honey comes from Jersey beekeepers and local hives.
🌾 Allergens & Dietary Needs
Are your flapjacks gluten-free?
Most of our flapjacks are made with gluten-free oats, but they're produced in a kitchen that handles gluten, please allergen information before purchasing.
Are they dairy-free?
No. We use delicious Jersey butter in our flapjacks.
What about allergies?
All our products are made in a kitchen handling gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and soya, so cross-contamination is possible. Please check the allergen information for each flavour before ordering.
🌾 Storage & Freshness
How long do they last?
Our grab & go flapjacks have a 4-week shelf life, those with egg (Frangipane, 3 weeks).
How should I store them?
Keep them sealed at room temperature, ideally in an airtight container once opened.

Can I order for events or businesses?
Absolutely. We offer corporate, wedding, event and bulk orders.
